A coffee machine for the specialty coffee shop, this espresso machine is stable, consistent, and volumetric. In the continuous search for a constant result in the cup, many baristas have verified and demonstrated how the volumetric system allows them to obtain a significantly higher quality and repeatable product compared to the manual system. The volumetric version of the VA388 Black Eagle addresses this need and goes beyond. This is a coffee machine created for specialty baristas, in a volumetric model with the greatest temperature stability to help baristas in their daily work. This machine was designed to improve the relationship between customer and barista. 

• T3 Technology allows the barista to set three independent temperatures for the brewing group, the water infusion, and the steam. This control of the water supply’s thermal accuracy results in temperature stability and ultimately a perfect espresso.
• LED information screen “talks” to the barista and shares all the information provided by the T3 and gravimetric systems. The TFT display gives the barista all data in real-time to offer the customer the best espresso. The display for each group shows the barista the temperatures of the steam boilers, the coffee and the group, the delivery time, and the amount of liquid in the cup.
• Total control of brew time and weight in the cup allows the barista to monitor brewing parameters. This combined with Gravitech gives baristas the highest level of consistency and control over the coffee brewing process giving maximum precision.

Victoria Arduino espresso machines were born at a time when the world was experiencing cultural, social, and industrial transformation. Pier Teresio Arduino was a retail clerk and he saw the need for espresso coffee machines. He was quickly inspired by the steam from locomotives during his military service and in 1905 he carefully designed a boiler that helped to revolutionize how espresso was extracted.
